Shipping & Returns

CultureBaby works with a global network of artisans, designers and entrepreneurs to bring you the best the world has to offer.

Consequently, many of our items come to you from all over the globe. While some products will ship to you from our CultureBaby warehouse, most come to you directly from their creators. This saves time and reduces our carbon footprint.

Items ordered that are to be shipped to you directly will be sent from our partners. If you order from multiple partners or request gift wrapping, items will be re-packaged and combined at CultureBaby. Please be sure to note information specific to each product on its page concerning transit time, gift wrapping and other details.

CultureBaby regrets we can only ship within the United States. Orders from US customers will be charged flat rate of $8.00.  All orders are shipped via USPS.

Sales tax is charged only to New York customers.

Orders placed by 12 noon EST monday through friday (excluding holidays) will ship from our warehouse within 3-5 business days (usually quicker). Orders placed on friday after 5pm EST will be processed the following monday.  A follow-up email will be sent if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock.  

You may return or exchange merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund as long as your item is still in pristine condition. Please email us at info@culturebaby.com to advise us of the circumstances of your return and to receive instructions regarding shipping. However please note that under most circumstances, we cannot refund you your initial shipping costs.
